Who's doing was it removing the sprite from MFZ?
It was 100% MY doing. Why? Why? Lack of proper credit towards me, and overcredit in favor of a measily contributor. Don't give me that sass "oh it was just the n00bs". No, it was more than "just the n00bs", it was a lot of people outside of "just the n00bs", it also included the "more respected people" as well.

I see that it was removed from MFZ, will it ever come back there?
Not anytime soon.

No. I am out for the intrests and the sake of my own ass and it got too effed up too much for me to take it with a smile.

What's does MFZ have to do with this?
That is where it started, that is where most of the issues stemmed from, and that is where most of the guilty party rested during the peak of the problem.

Does this mean we can't use your Shadow sprite anymore?
I have not once said or put any restrictions on the sprite outside of the version 4 update, which you probably haven't seen yet.

From me? No. The sprite is already very much around the internet for the past three years snd can be currently found at any Sonic sprite resource site just about anywhere.
And if you see the version 2 sheet, I recommend rhat you DON'T use it. Why? Because it is inaccurate and the shading is... eh. Plus it's marred with incosistencies, too. I'm still wondering how the hell THAT one saw the light of day and "overrulled" the better version 3 sprite.

Not yet. If you plan on taking a shot at making your own Shadow, keep it from looking too much like mine. So far, I had one where the head and body was practically a ripoff and one that does mimicks my face down to even the method I used. They say imitation is the best form of flattery, but I don't even want to put up with more credit issues, especially when multiple sprites look very similar.

Why did you make the Shadow sprite in the first place?
On a rainy day in Nov/Dec 2002 I had nothing better to do and was reading through Hood_Blah (an old "abandoned" Sonic comic), so I opened up MSPaint and started messing around with the Sonic 3k Sonic sprite. Then I had got an idea; I didn't feel that the existing "standard" Shadow sprite didn't capture his image well, I had sought out making my own. So I got some character art of Shadow and started editing Sonic around to match up with Shadow.

Cool! Any hints as to who's next?
That redone Knuckles I've been putting off for years, I guess; or maybe add on to existing character sprites out there.
